Friday, April 17

  • Bill Pay will be unavailable starting at 9 AM.
  • Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, and Telephone Banking will be unavailable starting at 5 PM.
  • Fee-free access to MoneyPass® ATMs will be eliminated. Fee-free access to Allpoint® and SUM® ATMs continues.

Saturday-Sunday, April 18-19

  • All Colonial Federal offices will be closed.
  • Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, and Telephone Banking will remain unavailable.

Monday, April 20

  • Colonial Federal offices will reopen as TruNorth Bank offices.
  • Bill Pay, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, and Telephone Banking will be available at 10 AM.
  • Delete the Colonial Federal Mobile Banking app and download the TruNorth Bank Mobile Banking app from the App Store® or Google Play™. If you currently use biometrics to log into Mobile Banking, you will need to know your user ID and password to log into the new app for the first time.
  • ColonialFed.com becomes TruNorthBank.com

Actions You Need to Take

  • On Monday, April 20, delete your existing Colonial Federal Savings Bank Mobile Banking app and download the TruNorth Bank Mobile Banking app from the App Store® or Google Play™.
    • If you currently use biometrics to log into Mobile Banking, you will need to know your user ID and password to log into the new app the first time.
    • Your Colonial Federal Mobile Banking app will no longer work.
  • After Monday, April 20, the first time you access Telephone Banking at 877.251.6222, your PIN will be reset to the last 4 digits of your Social Security number (for personal accounts) or the last 5 digits of your Social Security number (for business accounts).

  • All branches will be closed on Saturday, April 18.
  • Our Customer Care phone number will change to 978.573.1300.
  • Our website will change to TruNorthBank.com.
  • Account numbers will not change and Online Banking and Mobile Banking login credentials will not change.
  • Continue to use your existing checks and Mastercard® debit card.
  • Scheduled and/or recurring internal transfers, debit card transactions, and bill payments will process uninterrupted.
