TruNorth Bank Welcomes Stephen Jussaume as Senior Vice President and Commercial Lending Team Lead

PEABODY, MASSACHUSETTS — March 30, 2026

A headshot of Stephen Jussaume. TruNorth Bank announced that Stephen Jussaume has joined the organization as senior vice president and team lead in the commercial lending division. He will be based in the bank’s 95 North Franklin Street, Holbrook office and will focus on expanding commercial lending relationships and supporting businesses throughout the region.

Jussaume brings extensive experience in commercial banking and commercial real estate lending to his new role. Prior to joining TruNorth Bank, he served as a commercial real estate team lead at South Shore Bank. Earlier in his career, he was vice president and commercial real estate manager at Brookline Bank, where he managed lending relationships and supported real estate development initiatives across the market.

Jussaume earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, where he also completed his studies in finance. He furthered his professional education at Boston University Metropolitan College, earning a finance certificate in commercial real estate.

Active in the community, Jussaume volunteers with the American Red Cross and the Scituate Animal Shelter, reflecting his commitment to giving back to the communities he serves.

In his new role, Jussaume will work closely with businesses and commercial real estate clients while leading a team focused on delivering tailored financial solutions and supporting economic growth throughout the bank’s markets.
