TruNorth Bank Contributes $25,000 to The Progeria Research Foundation to Advance Life-Changing Research
TruNorth Bank is proud to announce a $25,000 contribution to the Progeria Research Foundation (PRF) through the bank’s Giving Tree program, reaffirming its commitment to investing in organizations that are making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
The contribution includes $10,000 as the Lead Sponsor of the 25th Annual International Race for Research, taking place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Leather City Commons in Peabody, Massachusetts, and an additional $15,000 in support of the Night of Wonder Gala, scheduled for Saturday, November 14, 2026, at the Westin Boston Seaport District Hotel.
The Progeria Research Foundation is the only nonprofit organization dedicated to discovering treatments and a cure for Progeria, a rare, rapid aging disease that affects children worldwide. Through groundbreaking research, global collaboration, and unwavering advocacy, PRF continues to improve both the quality and length of life for children living with the disease.
