Gary Frost Promoted to Senior Vice President, Information Technology Infrastructure

PEABODY, MASSACHUSETTS — February 12, 2026

In this expanded leadership role, Frost will oversee technology infrastructure strategy, ensuring secure, reliable, and innovative systems that support operations and long-term growth for TruNorth Bank as well as bankESB and bankHometown, the family of banks that comprise Hometown Financial Group.

Frost brings more than 35 years of experience in the banking industry to his new role. He joined TruNorth Bank in 2003 as an IT manager and has since played a critical role in strengthening the bank’s technology foundation, enhancing system performance, and supporting the evolving needs of employees and customers.

He holds an associate degree in computer science from the Computer Processing Institute and furthered his professional education by studying banking and technology at the New England Banking Institute. His combination of deep technical expertise and extensive banking knowledge has made him a trusted leader within the organization.
